# Arisings recycled figures

> A figures section on an inverted slab where one number carries it: a percentage set at display size over a heading that finishes the sentence and a short note, beside a tall photograph. Under it three ruled tiles break the figure down, each a large percentage, a heading and a line, with a second photograph as the fourth tile. Four across on a wide screen, two on a tablet, one on a phone. States no colour and no font of its own.

## The signature moment: one figure at display size, and the parts beneath add up to it

**94% at up to 272px over a heading that finishes the sentence**, beside a
tall photograph; under it three ruled tiles, 58%, 29% and 7%, each a
destination, with a second photograph as the fourth tile. The tiles are a
grid from a 15rem minimum: four across, two by two on a tablet, one on a
phone.

## What it inherits from your theme

- **Typeface.** The base states no font family.
- **Palette.** Inverted: your `contrast` ground with `base` type, figures and
  hairlines.

## What it decides for itself

- **The figures.** Bare clamps: the big one from 112px to 272px, the three
  parts from 56px to 88px.
- **The photographs.** 4:5 beside the big figure, 4:3 as the fourth tile.

1. **The figures**, from your own year; keep the parts adding up.
2. **The note** under the heading: what happens to the rest.
3. **The photographs**: your chip and your log store.
