## The signature moment: one question opens into two unequal routes

A common stem meets the crossbar above two large numbered landings. The first branch is a short, bounded stop. The second sits farther down its own heavy left edge and explains the extra help a home visit brings. Both branches meet a common assurance across the foot. Numbered labels keep their order when the columns stack.

## Theme inheritance

The Core payload follows the theme’s base ground, contrast ink, heading face and button treatment. Its painter lets heading and link colour follow a recolour. Text is intended for 4.5:1 contrast, with 3:1 reserved for large display type.

## Display type

The question and route titles follow the theme heading ladder. The numbered branch markers are 48px to 80px display paragraphs; the stem label and shared promise are 15px. Explanatory copy follows the medium rung.
