A bakery first, a café second, and a table for anyone who wants one.
Nell and Sam Carter opened Crumb in an old ironmonger’s on Chapel Street in 2016, with one deck oven and a starter Nell had kept alive for eleven years.
Everything on the counter is baked here overnight, the coffee comes off our own small roaster, and on Fridays the lights go down for supper club.
