How soon can we start?
Most projects begin within two weeks of a first call. If a date matters, say so early and we will plan backwards from it.

What does it cost?
Every project is quoted as a fixed fee after one conversation, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Ongoing work runs month to month; tell us before the next month starts and nothing further is billed.

Do you work remotely?
Almost always. We meet by video, share work in progress every week and travel for workshops when they help.

Who owns the work?
You do, outright, from the final invoice. Source files, font licences and credentials are handed over with it.
