Life happens. Here is exactly what we charge and when, so there are no surprises on the day.
More than 24 hours
There is no charge. Ring, email or use the link in your confirmation text, and we will offer you the next free slot with the same physio.
Moving a booking counts the same as cancelling it.
Less than 24 hours
We charge half the session fee: £32.50 for an assessment, £25 for a follow-up. The slot has usually gone unused by then, and a physio has kept it for you.
Unwell or injured on the day? Ring us and there is no charge.
Missed appointments
We charge the full fee and ring to check you are all right. After two missed appointments we ask for payment when you book.
Running late? Call ahead and we will fit in what we can.
Insured patients
Usually not. Insurers pay for treatment you receive, so a late cancellation or a missed session is billed to you, not to them.
Your authorisation covers a set number of sessions; a missed one is not taken off it.
