Mend Physio, Harrogate / Your first visit
An initial assessment is 45 minutes with a chartered physiotherapist and costs £65. This is where the time goes, so you know what to expect before you walk in.

Where it hurts, when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you want to get back to.

Movement, strength and hands-on tests to find the cause of the pain, not just the sore spot.
03, 20 minutes
Your first treatment, two or three exercises to start that evening, and a written plan emailed to you before you get home.
Wear shorts or loose clothes, bring any scans or letters, and arrive five minutes early. Follow-ups are 30 minutes and £50.
