Thirty minutes with the person you would report to, about the work.

Step 03

Work session

Half a day on a real problem from our own backlog, paid at your rate.

Step 04

Offer

A written offer inside a week, with the band and the review dates in it.

Every application gets an answer, and at each step we tell you the day the next one lands.
