Four screens, and the account is running.
Each step is one screen and one decision. Nothing further on depends on a step you skipped, so you can stop after any of them and pick the tour up later.

Connect the source
Point us at the database, the spreadsheet or the API. Read access is enough to begin.

Map the fields
Drag your column names onto ours once. The second import is a single click.

Invite the team
Add the people who need it and pick what each of them can change.

Publish the board
Send the link out. Anyone holding it reads live figures without an account.
The whole tour runs to about ten minutes. Nothing set on the way through is permanent, and the fields can be remapped after the first import.
