Plans

Three plans, one design system.

Every plan ships the same core-block markup and inherits the same theme styles. What changes is how much of the catalogue you can take with you. Figures below are placeholders.

Straight answers to the questions every project raises.

Before we start

Are we a good fit?

Tell us what you are trying to change and by when, and we will say plainly whether it is work we do well. If it is not, we will point you to someone it suits better; a short honest no costs everyone less than a long polite maybe.

How does a first call go?

Forty minutes, no slides. We ask about the problem, the people it affects and what has already been tried, and you ask us whatever you like. You leave with a written note of what we heard and a rough sense of scale.

How far ahead do you book?

Usually six to eight weeks for a full engagement, and sooner for a short piece of advice. If your date is fixed, say so early; a deadline we know about is one we can plan around.

While we work

Who will we work with?

The people you meet at the start. We do not hand a project down the line once it is signed, so the lead who scoped the work is the lead who does it and who answers when you call.

How often will you check in?

A short written update every week, a working session every fortnight, and a message the same day if anything moves that you would want to know about. Nothing waits for a meeting.

What if the brief changes?

Briefs change; that is how you know people are paying attention. We will tell you what the change costs in time and money before we act on it, and you decide. The decision is yours and it is never made by default.

After launch

Who owns the finished work?

You do, in full. Files, accounts, source and documentation are handed over in a form your own team can carry on with, and nothing is held back as a reason to call us again.

What support comes after?

Yes, in two forms: a fixed period of included support after every launch, and an optional retainer for anything beyond it. Both are written into the proposal so there is no surprise later.

Can we come back later?

Please do. Most of our work is for people we have worked with before, and a small job for a team we already know is some of the most useful work we do.

We stopped briefing a designer for every landing page in the third week. The sections were already there, already ours, and the team shipped four campaigns in the time the last one took.
