What to include

• A pattern that does not render as its preview shows: the pattern's name, your WordPress version, the theme, and a screenshot. How we test says what is in scope.
• A question about the licence: what you want to build and who for. The terms draw the line between building sites with the patterns and redistributing them; if your case sits on it, ask and we will answer plainly.
• A refund or a billing question: write from, or quote, the email address on your account and say what you bought and what went wrong. The refund policy says what can be refunded and when; you can also raise it with Stripe, our merchant of record, at support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link.
• A privacy request (a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion): the privacy policy lists your rights; deleting your account from the account page is immediate and needs no email.

Who you are writing to

Pattern Paste is operated by JD, trading as Pattern Paste, in the United Kingdom. There is no phone line and no live chat; email is answered by the person who builds the patterns.
